Once in the layout and image may be rotated and then refit depending on a users wishes. Rotations are done immediately and take up no processing time.

In addition to the layout images may also be rotated in the scale and crop dialog. Rotation in the scale and crop dialog does effect the layout so users only need to rotate in one place.
