Free Upgrades: ImageNest customers will receive upgrades 100% free of charge. Free upgrades are always posted directly to our website and can be downloaded any time. We are always striving to improve both the quality of ImageNest and our feature set. Upgrades are generally posted at least 3 times a year. Free Support: All ImageNest customer receive free ongoing support through our support forums, E-mail, and by phone. We also have regular customer Web Ex seminars that we announce via our newsletters. If you have a problem, we will do everything we can to fix it.
Forward Thinking Programming: ImageNest is natively programmed as a universal binary application and is programmed 100% in Objective C (Cocoa). Mac OSX is moving to being 100% Objective C so we will be ready for new operating systems as Apple introduces them.
Ready for 64 bit: We already have a 64 bit version ready to be released as soon as print drivers are ready. Currently, no major printer manufacturers have print drivers that support full 64 bit printing. As soon as they become available we will release a 64 bit version.
Ready for OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard): As a universal binary and Cocoa program ImageNest will be ready for OSX 10.6 on day one. Any beta testers for OSX 10.6 will be able to run ImageNest on their pre release versions of Snow Leopard.
