ImageNest RIP and Epson Printers: The ImageNest RIP is compatible with all models of Epson printers that run on Mac OSX 10.4 or higher. Below are several different dialogs of ImageNest and the Epson Driver. Different models of Epson Printers have slightly different dialogs but the dialogs below should be consistent on all Epson models. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
| ImageNest output/destination ICC Profiles: There are two distinct methods for applying your printer/output/destination profile.
Printer Manages Colors: Printer manages colors is the only option if you are running OSX 10.4 This method uses ColorSync to apply your output profile. It works perfectly with 10.5 and 10.6 as well. Instructions for EPSON Print Driver settings when “Printer Manages Color” Is Selected |

| ImageNest Manages Colors: ImageNest Manages Colors is available on OSX 10.5 and 10.6 When using ImageNest Manages Colors you will be applying your color management inside ImageNest. PDF, EPS, and PostScript files can not be managed this way as they are still in their vector format. If using these types of Images always use “Printer Manages Colors”.
